We were going in opposite directions, so doubt it will hold in court. I guess someone could say I was doing 80 in a 50 sweep.

If you were going opposite directions and he didn't get you on radar then it's pretty much his word against yours. All you have to do in court is show that his speed estimating skills are way off. Very easy to do. PM me if you need more details
