I highly doubt Honda will build a car that'll beat the GTR. I'm rooting for Honda, but really doubt they'll make good on this.
V6 Turbo, can't compete with V10's.

I'd vote the NSX any day over a GTR...especially the new GTR. I'm kinda starting to dislike them. They're moving into BMW territory with all the on board computer crapola.
I want to see the Mid Engine RWD again from the NSX. Not a big fan of AWD myself. I think it aids in only two departments. Drivers who are incapable of handling a RWD well OR rediclous hp numbers such as the veyron. It's not easy to get a 1000hp car going smoothly. If were not talking about that kinda power AWD FTL in my opinion. I hate the under steer of STI/EVOs. I really dislike the fact that when you jump on the throttle you loose traction in the front wheels and the car doesn't turn. They have to be driven more like a FWD car. It's not to say they can't be made capable. Theres a reason that the fastest cars in the world are generally RWD though. I really don't want to see the NSX go front engine though, takes away from some of the "supercar" imo.
Lastly the NSX to me has more of a supercar status then the Skyline ever did. Both have been made into GT cars of course but to me when I see an NSX....it's just pure sex.

my understanding is that based on all the negative feedback from the NSX community, Honda has gone back to possibly rethink the look of the car in the video.
95-98% of the NSXPrime members have all expressed their dislike for the new model.

i dont think its going to be possible for ANY car to beat the performance of the GTR.
V-spec GTR just blew away times at nurburgring at "7:25 per lap. This, according to bystanders trackside. (For comparison, Walter R
