My Civic was rear ended the other day. The others guy's insurance is obviously flipping the bill. Typically I have always just dropped my car off at the body shop and their agent has handled the rest. This guy has all state and I am required to go to their office for an estimate and they`ll cut me a check for the repairs. Is there anything I should look out for? I`m assuming they`ll lowball the repairs.

You are entitled to get an estimate and the repairs done at a shop of your choice. Get the estimate first and submit it to them for approval. If they don't like it than they can speak to the body shop about whatever is bothering them. However, just going to them and relying that they will give you what you need is ludicrous. I've never heard of anyone doing it that way. The adjuster from insurance should come to car, not the other way around. Work with a shop you know and trust and let them haggle the cost.
Best of luck.

Don't waste your time with them. Go to whereever you like, and have them meet you there.
BTW: Just in case, you are entitled to a "similar car" rental. For details, PM me.
