Default 62 in a 55?

I've seen a few ticket questions posted in this forum...looking for some advice feedback.

I got a ticket doing 62 in a 55. I explained to the officer that I was actually doing 58 where he lasered me. What gets me is that I know for a fact an Infinity hauled past him going way faster than I was going.

It wasn't a posted strict inforcement area....I need some advice....

Trial by declaration? Because the speed infraction is marginal (and probably not worth fighting over), the officer may choose to just let it slide.

My ex-gf in NYC was speeding with other cars. She went and argued "random justice" and the judge liked it and let her go. Plus she smiled nice.

Good luck, Lance!!!!!!!!

She had the advantage of being a female with (I'm guessing) a male judge. Not fair

if the chp laserd u.. go to court to see if he showed.. if he does.. adk for traffic school. CHP is the man when it comes to court and laser. they test their machines EVERY day they take em out. if not 3x a week. they have lasers on their cars as well.

chances of winning a laser ticket from chp are slim to none.
