Excuses, excuses
I woke up yesterday at 3AM for the Rose Parade. I started driving from South Pasadena around noon and arrive at Mission Viejo around 1:05PM. They had the driver's meeting at 1:15PM, and rolled out around 1:45PM.
BTW, I still have the directions from that drive, let me know if you are interested. I can create a route map based on this information.

I have no idea who drove that NSX. I think he joined us halfway.

Man, i really wish I could have made it!!! Bob, sorry i didn't show up, but i looked at the clouds outside that day..plus i got bit by the laziness bug..then i found out how far it would be...oh man..i see i missed out again...what a lame-o i am....

I too live over an hour away but fortunately the freeways were empty and it was easy to make up the time.
Brian - The weather was great and everybody had their tops down with the exception of a couple who had hardtops.
I didn't see the NSX until we hit Elsinore, but assumed he saw everyone and thought he'd join in. Speaking of which, that Honda Civic that cut in on the Ortega highway seemed to be enjoying himself and wasn't holding anybody up...Thought he was going to follow us on the second leg of the trip

You could have followed Joel and Christian...They came up from your part of town. Next time we'll plan a special run for you...From Sea World to El Cajon and back.... Just kidding...sorry you missed it though. It was a blast!
