The problem is, let's say I reserve 100 Cars. 175 people wants to eat. At the end, only 75 people eat. "I'm screwed" and left with the bill. Do you understand? We'll figure a way to implement this.
BTW: please don't think of this the wrong way or anything, I really have a hard time understanding "short cut" writing. If you guys (everyone) and all you guys ( everyone) can write in complete english that would help. Most of the members on this board are adults and I'm sure that if I can't understand, they can't either.
No sign ups for other people as of today. We must give a fair chance to everyone. Eveyone that is already signup as of this post is ok, except for the 15 car \"crew\"celica.
You guys will see at the end, that if we do decide to take these "small donations" to cover cost (photocopies of maps, pens, wristbands, SECURITY FOR THE CARS etc, whatever the cost it) you'll be the ONE FORKING OUT ALL THE MONEY VIA PAYPAL for your friends, or esle you're not on the registration.
For example. 15 Celica each with 3 people in the car. 45 people. 45 people X 5 dollars each (if 5.00 is the set value) that maens you need to fork out 225.00 for your crew. Now lets say you got 15 cars, and last minute 5 cars cancels out, you just screwed over 5 cars that can potentially come. (this is just an example, PLEASE PLEASE don't take it the wrong way) "celica's" were just a good example (you guys better all come!!)
Like I said, we will have security letting people in to the blocked parking area, and food area. Don't don't try to pull a fast one, because our security will ask you to leave.
For those who know me well and my events, I am very strict when it comes to the amount of cars, and sign ups.
