**Mountain Palomar MIDNIGHT RUN Final Update**

Time: 6:00AM AM AM
Location: Mt. Palomar
Meeting:
#1-Irvine: Starbucks IrvineBLVD/Culver @ 5:15AM
#2-Denny's off of the 76 HWY Address TBA
Due to the weather and my ill feelings about this run, we are going to change our traditional MIDNIGHT RUN to "SUNRISE RUN"
There are many concerns about this run, twist and turns, and I feel that the safety of the drivers might be endangered for numerous amount of reasons: (here is a few)
1. Too cold 30-40 F (Black Ice)
2. Too dark (car off a cliff)
3. Too many new drivers, too difficult of a run for newbies at night.
The morning is much better. Arrive at Denny's at 6am, have a nice continental breakfast and head off at Sunrise 7
oam.
Temp is slightly higher, visability is greater, and safety factor goes up.
On the way back from the top of the mountain, there is a "Pala Casino" (Indian Casino) with a HUGE parking lot, there we can eat lunch and gamble. (Donuts???)
New sign ups are "For sure goers", Need at least 15 sign ups, to go!! no more than 30 accepted. (too many cars, increases accident rates. ) As always, we will have disclamiers for you to sign.
