We are completely sold out for this event.
The next list of cars 101-150 will be on the reserve list.
The reserve list does not mean that might/ might not be able to attend. Due to security reasons and the Irvine Company, this is all I can do for now.
Our next phase will be collections of monies in order to provide for securities, wavier forms, wrist bands, resturant reservations etc. (this is only a thought and not an implemeted plan yet.)
We have an estimate amount of 5.00 a person, hoping security guards don't get paid too much (this is only a thought and not an implemeted plan yet.)
THERE will be a time limit for the collection of monies. IF ONE PARTICIPANT DOES NOT PAY, in a timely fashion, then the next person on the reserved list will be bumped up. (this is only a thought and not an implemeted plan yet.) The monies is also a tactic used to ENSURE that the space RSVP for the resturant is will taken. I don't want to RSVP 200 Seats and have 100 People eat and be stuck with a 1000.00 bill
I am having a meeting with the Irvine Company on Wednesday and I'll inform you guys if we can accomodate anymore cars. (more info will be posted this weekend.)
Keep reading this ready for more updates.

BC-
Great idea about getting security guards. Way too many cars are getting vandalized at these events. I, for one, am happy to pay an entry fee to help offset this cost.
I was actually thinking of not watching the movie, because I don't know if my car will be safe in the parking lot.
Also, I think most of the owners who signed up in this thread have really nice cars, and I'm pretty sure they would be willing to pay for some security, too.

Good job BC -- at first I was a little put-off by the introduction of donations for this event, but it really does make sense considering the circumstances!
