If it's inside the parking lot, cops won't come. I had a co worker who got rear ended in a parking structure at the mall and when she called the cops, they said it was private property or something and that they don't come out for accidents in parking lots.

Nice try Ben, I talked to you AFTER you got home and there was no mention of this so-called "accident". Maybe you can come up with a better story next April Fool's??
