nice/popular taiwanese boba shop for the kids - parking sucked on a Tuesday once so I imagine Friday would be awful... I'm sure al (boogie) from top down could recommend something more car friendly...

mm around that time it shouldn't be too bad. it gets pretty nasty around 10-11 o clock.

i have an idea. we should have a shaved ice eating contest. person to eat the large one the fastest wins. hahahaha that would be so funny.

Yeah if it is really gonna be that bad I think it would be better to do it somewhere else. Like Alejo said. Something more car friendly. Why aren't you coming out alejo?

Guppy's is always packed at nights and will probably be even more so on a Friday night. Parking would be interesting, but getting a table would be even more interesting since the place is SUPER tiny and can probably fit like 20-30 people max inside. Last time I went at night and there was 5 of us, we waited for like 45 mins and the wait for 13 the 2nd time I went was about an hour during the day.

Nor cal folks leaving at 5-6pm probably won't get into town till about 11pm or so depending on if they hit traffic right out of the grapevine all the way through. If they know how to bypass that through inside streets, they'll make it there around 11pm given they make one pissing and gas stop

We dont have to stay in that area. My girl is bringing her laptop so we will have internet access for directions. We can do it wherever. I just dont want to go somewhere where we will have to wait hella long for a table. I have never been to guppy's though and I hear it is good.
