Wheel Repair
Does anyone have any recommendations for a wheel repair shop? Also if you know a quote offhand that would be nice too. The rims I scratched is hardly noticeable but I did it while driving a friends truck so I'll take responsibility for it. Does anyone know if it is a flat fee or it is based on how messed up the rims are?

You could call Cook's up and ask them who they use. They told me the name, but I forgot who it was. It's some mobile wheel repair service. Their cost on it was $125 per wheel - which I found to be true from my friend who works at a Neillo dealer that uses the same guy.

I have a place that is probably cheaper and does great work. I think it's called Precision Wheel and it is off El Camino. I'll try to get the exact address and phone number.

Sweet! Thanks for the info! I will definitely look into it. Seriously though, the rims aren't even rashed, the very edge of it may have been nicked. Which could have been caused by a number of reasons. I can't see myself forking out 2 bills for something that isn't even all messed up.

My wheels were seriously damaged and they now look brand new after he fixed them - for me that price was worth it for the damage that was done.
But for a small nick/scratch, I'd wait and see what info Mike posts up since it doesn't make sense to spend that much for small damage.

Okay, here's the info.
The guy quoted me a very good price for fixing two of my rims.
Check him out and let us know.

So, Todd. Is the car looking good again?
Maybe you might show up at the thursday night meet to show it off.
It will depend on how the weather is if I'll go on thursday.
Hope to see you there

Due to a change in my schedule, I can't make Thursday meets anymore. I brought it out last Monday night to the Mizu Sushi meet though. Mondays and Wednesdays work best for me now.
