Default Vented Hood - write up

Hi guys just wanted to give a quick review of Marcos's hood venting work on my s2k.

He is a great guy to work with and does a tremendous job on getting the hoods ventilated.

I will let the picture do the talking.

He also does ap1 to ap2 tail light conversions and performs other s2k related services. Overall a great guy to work with. You can contact him at 916-601-7682 if you want to get your hood vented or any other s2k related services.

Thanks for reading.

Jatt

As for time, the Hood has to come off and worked on. I would say a good 3-4 hour job.I helped Marcos when we did mine.went by a little quicker.

Performance is going to be hot air escaping the vented area. During summer time, will help reduce under Hood temperatures as hot air rises. As for rain, no problem. The rain water comes in from the vented area and drops to the floor/ ground. No adverse effect to internals of the engine bay. Been through bunch of rain storms, without any problems or issues.
