Cool man ya add ur self to the list!! I would recommend buying a valve gasket to its prob never been changed, now would be a good time to do it. U can get one from napa for about 40 bucks lol

Don't forget some kind of cleaner and tons of rags. There's a lot of crud buildup on the block around where the valve cover mates to and you can use then after to clean the valve cover and surroundings while it's off the car.
