I stopped by Mel Rapton's yesterday and they claim they didn't service anyone yet on the problem. I initially wanted to go to EG Honda, but I was curious on what Mel Rapton had to say about it. Also, I work in that area. Made an appointment with EG Honda for next Thursday . I'm glad I didn't go with Mel Rapton. They might use my car as a experiement. Hee hee. JK.

By the way Blair, is EG Honda going to give me crap for my AEM Intake? I always hear these stories.

FYI - Mel Rapton took my car for an 8 mile "test drive" when I had them check my top to make sure it was dropping correctly.
When I questioned them they said they were required to do this for any service
I will not be taking my car to them again for any service.

I have a new 2002 and called Roseville Honda. After giving them my Vin # I was told this issue did not apply to my car. Does this recall affect all 02 S2000's?

depending upon your vin# there is a cutoff # but I don't know what it is Blair
