If it's more than 20 miles over the limit you can't automatically get driving school. The court can grant it to you though.

You wont get the notice till about 2weeks later.

The judge probably won't be too harsh on you and let you take traffic school since you've been clean for 15 years. GL

Just heard back from the court. They reduced my fine by $81 dollars and am now allowed to take traffic school to remove the point on my record. Better than nothing, and I didn't have to goto court!
