Default So who's used ticketassasin.com?

So I was having a little bit of fun and forgot that it was Saturday evening yada yada yada and I got pulled over by CHP and got a ticket for 95. I'll just say that I didn't put up an argument and just handed over my license and all neccessary paperwork.

So for all of you out there that got a ticket and used ticketassasin.com, what I want to know was how easy was it and what was your experince?

I actually got a ticket for 92 last August. It's almost a year now and I still haven't heard back from the court, but I should be knowing my results very soon now.

I first called to extend my deadline a couple months. I then wrote my case following one of their examples about how the conditions were safe under the circumstances. I don't know how he caught me at 92 though I was only going 80.. but I never asked to see the lidar.

It was all very easy to do, just followed their instructions; hopefully I'll be receiving my bail money back and getting this point off my record

i think there is another site that helps you fight your tickets...

last year i got a ticket for doing 95...my gf's sister wrote a written plea and i won my money back

now currently trying to win another one right now for doing 85... cross fingers!!!

well i can ask her about the site..and ill let you know....

I'm currently waiting to hear back from the court on my written plea. The site was very easy to follow, and I think I should win the case. You should always ask to see the radar detector. If he can't produce it, you should ask detailed questions about where he was, how he spotted you, and how he estimated your speed.

I learned from another thread that you should always use the word "travel" instead of "drive" in the plea. I'm not sure why, but I'm took the advice.

it's worked for some not for me though. Basically it tells you use written declaration and then go to court if that doesn't work . I think the courts are getting wise to it so people have been looseing using the method. That being said, give it a whirl, it can NOT hurt you to try it.

I just normally ask for a lower fine which most time they do if i know its a lost case.

I just got a carpool tickit not long ago, so waiting for the finale papers in the mail so i can see the damage. Then off to court to ask to reduce.

Yeah it's pretty much a lost cause. Wonder if I appear they would reduce it and let me go to traffic school? I haven't had a speeding ticket in over 15 years.

They should reduce it, and if you havnt been to traffic school in 18months(1 1/2 years) i think the option is open.

Did you get the notice in the mail? IF not wait for it and it will tell you if you can go to T.S.
