I got an old camera mount but you have to take off the windscreen. Bought it long ago from a former sponsor here.

I say go MODIFRY.

Woohoo! Just signed up for 3 track days....anyone want to join???

Fri June 26th - Thunderhill - HOD
Wed July 8th - Thunderhill - T-Hill Lapping Days
Tue July 14th - Thunderhill - Lotus Club

I'm going to see if I can make out to one of these events. Possibly the July 8th event, but I'm not sure how quickly it will fill up.

Hmmm.....

You're prob right about the screen - I'll give it a shot on the secret compartment and see how it turns out.

i am using a manfrotto tripod head mounted in front of the windscreen on the lid. works great.... nice camera todd, i am using a canon SD780 also with HD video.

s2kenmark, do you do anything to keep the windscreen lid still while you are driving? Tape it down or something?

I think he means he just uses the Manfrotto suction cup camera mount on the surface in front of the windscreen (aka on top of the secret compartment) - that's what I am planning on trying out.
