Screw that guy. Everyone else supported Blair's efforts. I can't believe the nerve of some people. Blair spends enough of his own money to pay for a wedding to through a party every year and this is the thanks some loosers give. At least the bay area 'senior' people are mature. It's the low class newbs that cause problems. As the price of the s2000 drops you'll see more loosers joining up and posting BS.
If that isn't one of the most arrogant statements I have ever read. So someone who buys a used S2K (like myself, a third car in my case) is a looser, because they paid less, or couldn't buy new at 34K? So is someone less fortunate (or wiser than you by buying used vs. new) a looser in comparison?
I had no beef at the meet, I had fun, and have posted my gratitude several times now to Blair.
However, comments like yours only perpetuate the friction.

Im pretty sure the first year was vendor expo at the dealer in the morn with breakfast on Saturday. Then we left for lunch at kirkwood, and on to Reno. Then return on Sunday. It also included 2 track days at T-Hill which was a lot of fun.

As for Anthony's post, you can see my reply under the link. I was appalled at the actions by the bay area club. This event is not a competition, but a fun day checking out cars and meeting new friends.
Blair, you know you do a FANTASTIC job and we all appreciate it immensely.... You put tons of time, money and effort into making a fun event and YOU know that us local members truly enjoy ourselves. (As Donny put it, he saw more TITA's this year then any others and it was good for him).
I was exhausted by the end of Monday, but all well worth it. We met some fantastic people and saw some beautiful cars.
SHAMELESS- You made some competition for Donny this year, he is usually the cracked one doing the dancing, but it was great to have you and your friends share the hospitality suite with us and make us ALL laugh.
PS: I didn't catch your screen name, but there was a guy from Reno with a blue car with the bodykit that Donny and I loved. If you are serious about selling it, please get in contact with us (or if anyone knows who that was so we can PM him)
FANTASTIC EVENT AS ALWAYS AND LOOK FORWARD TO NEXT YEARS -PLEASE, PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
