New TSB "02-042"
Hey guys, I pulled this info from the s2000 talk forum in case some of you aren't checking there.
New TSB "02-042"
Basically, this is a spark plug replacement. The instructions say to remove the old plugs, install the new, and torque to 25 N-m (18lb-ft).
The spark plug kit is P/N 06122-PCS-306, H/C 7230527.
There's also a sticker to paste over the owner's manual (presumably to indicate the new part number for the plugs).

Thanks for this update. I have been working alot and haven't checked the board lately. This is some scary stuff. Blair can you advise on what you have heard from the Elk Grove dealership and also let us know when you get the parts in? Thanks, Marc

Yesterday I talked with Honda, they have no notice yet of the recall or spark plug problem. I know Blair was saying to wait until you get soemthing that way it is covered by Honda if you choose to take ii in.

Thank you. Maybe Honda North in Clovis will believe me now.
