Need help - Rolling Fenders Necessary?
I have searched for many hours on the RPF1s. My question is:
With 17x9 +45 and 245/40 at stock height do you need to roll the rear? Most people say "no."
The next question is with 17x9 +45 and 245/40 in the front do you need to roll? This is more or less a push. But one person said no.
I definitely know if you are lowered you need to roll all around, but at stock height will I be okay?
Thanks!
Edit: If I do need to get my fenders rolled I will probably have Autowerks in Rancho Cordova do the work. Anyone have any experiences with them?

I ran 245s all around +40 non stag 17x8.5 (equiv to 17x9 +45 i hear) and rolled. Eyeballing it said that it was close and guess with stock alignment/height, you'd have no problems as long as theres no big dips esp in the rear with that bumper bolt. Also prob depends on your alignment.

I ran a nonstaggered set up of work Emotions 17x9 +44 with 245/40 tires. I rubbed like crazy on the rear. Bumper was shaved and bumper bolt relocated an inch back. Suspension was set to the stiffest setting too.
The front definitely needs to be rolled..possibly flared too. But I was lowered to the point where there is no gap between the tire and fender. Also, camber was set higher than -3 in the rear and I think 2.5 up front.

Todd said, his 235's rubbed if he pushed the car hard enough. So,I thought a 245/40 would definitely require rolling. If your going to need fender work, probably should go ahead and run a 255/40.

I have 255s in rear and 225s in front (on Volk CE28s), so I don't know what you are referring to about 235s. They very slightly rub in REALLY deep corners but 99% of the time they are fine.
