I have been parking my car in front of my parents street for a long time now and I have never had any sort of concerns until now.

Just 15 minutes ago a lady rang my doorbell and asked me if the yellow car was mine. I nodded yes proudly, only to realize that her expression after my reply was not a happy one. She then asks me, "Did it have scratches on the rear bumber" and I said "no...." Then she comes to the conclusion that she hit my car.

Luckily the damage is not extreme. The left rear quarter panel is dented and theres a lot of black and white showing on the left side of bumper that meets the left rear quarter panel.


I just hope that there is not internal damage.

But get this, she reversed into my car from driving on the wrong side of the street and hit me with her Suburban.

That is pretty unique.

I am in Westlake Village and just want to make sure that my car gets fixed properly and that it doesnt affect the value of my car.

Any advice on where to take it would be great. I have had bad experiences with Premiere.
