Moving to California....have college questions
Everyone! I am seriously working on moving to California by next May. Not too sure what area, so I am extending this also to the Bay Area forum, So Cal, as well as to Off Topic.
I am planning on continuing my schooling when I get out there. I am majoring in Business Admin. and I know there are alot of schools in Cali. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to go?
Thanks for all responses
Sophia

It's all about Fresno State Heh heh, I think Bakersfield and Fresno State are the only CSU's in the Valley????.......someone else chime in?? Not many choices here. The only UC I can think of in Central Ca. is UC Merced, but it's not up and running yet. Fresno State's website is at:

Good luck

Brian is biased!!! CSUF sucks!!! I went there and still say it does. Go elsewhere. I have done that and can say that as well. Sorry, but that is my opinion.

Sophia I've heard CSU Stanislaus www.csustan.edu located here in Turlock has a good Busi Admin program if you don't mind being in a small town with nothing but cows and almond orchards surrounding you.
Good luck in your search.

Fresno State actually has a good business program. But that really doesn't mean much. If you want a decent affordable education go to a CSU. If you want a better education go to a UC if you can get in. If you want to get a good education, have lots of money, and want status when you graduate go to a private like Stanford, USC, etc...
It really boils down to where you can get in and where you want to live in California? I think out of state resident fees are high no matter where you go.
