I heard theres going to be another auto-x event next Sunday, how many are going to go? what's required to run these events? Post here so we can get more info about this event

I'm going, but I'm still debating about running. It depends on how many S2Ker's run and how the course is. I think the rest of the WRX guys are going for sure. If you missed the pics, here's some from last Sunday's http://www.cvs2ks.com/7142002AutoX.html

It's $25 for non SCCA members. You'll need a helmet. If you don't have one, you can probably share with someone. Definitely, don't forget the sunscreen. I think that's about all you really need.

If your S2K is stock, I think you'll be in BS class. If you have suspension mods, etc. you'll be in ASP or BSP class.

We met up at krispy's @ 7 am last Sunday and the event is in Atwater(Castle Air Force base). I'm assuming it'll be the same for this Sunday. At least give auto-Xing a try once. If you don't have fun, at least it'll be a learning experience(for me it was). It gives you a chance to push your car to the limit and not have to worry about hitting any trees, fences, cows, etc. etc.

I am working until about 1 a.m. Sunday morning and have to be back out here at noon that same day. Sorry.

I'm kind of bummed cause I won't make it either. I'm going to be in socal until the 28h, so no auto-x for me

however, I do know that you guys that are going are going to be on the big lot, not the little one. this lot has more grip, less pot holes and badly fixed expansion joints, and did I mention 3rd gear???

you guy's will have a blast on the big track, have fun!
