Hello - Does anyone know the proper disassembly steps required to remove the emblem on the front bumper? It's impossible to clean & wax around the inner edges of it without removing it, and from looking at it, I can't see how to reach the inside of the bumper to remove it. I'll appreciate any help you can offer, the dirt stains arourd the edges is driving me nuts!

You can use monofilament fishing line and use a back and forth sawing motion between the emblem and the bumper. However, there are two pins that run through the bumper as well held on by a clip on the back side of the bumper. Once you have cut through all of the mounting glue, pull up firmly on the fishing line, and the clips should pop off. You can then use WD-40 to remove the remaining glue stuck to the bumper.

However, you will have 2 hole in the bumper, so you might want to consider Rick's badges.

I'm sorry, I failed to mention that I only wanted to remove it so I can clean and wax the bumper. I'd put it back on when finished.
