Hola!
Hola!
I'm very happy to be a new owner! Got my 07 Berlina Black on Sunday. Thanks to kingkong (Marc in Roseville, '01 Silverstone) for getting me in touch with Blair who got me my S2K. Marc was telling me yesterday about the Salmon Falls(?) run - sounds fun once I get to VTEC... FWIW - I live in Midtown Sacramento (my business is in Sacramento) during the week and Berkeley on the weekends.
I do have a small question if anyone can help me out. I've been watching the Sacramento board for a few years. I'm just wondering what happened to all the Sacramento members that used to post on this board? I know there's got to be a fair number of S2K owners in Sacramento. The Bay Area board sometimes has a 100 or more posts per day, while the Sacramento board is comparatively dead. I'm just wondering what the story is behind this lack of posting situation? I'm not looking to stir up trouble, just looking for some history. Thanks!
Given, some of the Bay Area posters are Post s .......but who's counting!
Another question - how do I get my Sacramento S2Ki badge?
Thanks and hello again,
Todd

PM Blair on this site for your Sac badge.
As for the crew that have been here awhile, some have changed vehicles, some have moved away, some have gotten tired of the site, and some of us are still here everyday. There is a newer (and I dare say younger) crowd that has kept the Sac forum going recently. Unfortunately, I am not can not be classified as one of the 'younger' crowd. Winter time has traditionally been a slow posting time in the Sac forum.

I use to live in Fresno, but have friends in the sacramento area. I also REALLY enjoy the company of many of the Sacramento S2000 folks. SacS2KDays is the best weekend of the year for me. Even though we have moved, I still stay in touch with many of them and check this section of S2Ki many times a day.

Hello, and welcome. This time of year the sac forum gets slow, but it picks up in the spring when the driving weather gets better. We try to get group drives together whenever possible. And sometimes we get a few takers. Or just go for coffie and a short run around the countryside. Maybe this weekend, If theres no rain forcast. congrats on your new s2k.

Hey Anthony, glad to see you're still hanging in there. I was worried that you might sell that nice blue machine after our last conversation. Hope we can do a couple more runs this summer.
