Nice color choice! Sorry, but I can't help with the problem - just getting to know mine.

Grinding of any kind isn't good. I am no expert, but I can tell you that more information is needed such as where the noise is coming from, is the car still in gear and coasting or is the clutch pushed down, does it go away at higher or lower speeds, etc.

Could be the "clutch buzz" that most or all s2k's have. It just makes noise and does no harm that I know of. And congrats on your new s2k

thats the clutch buzz. the clutch springs in the 00-03 rattle at about 4000 and below during deceleration. dont worry about it. no harm is being done. it is quite annoying though isnt it?

You have to replace the friction plate in the clutch assembly. If you are good at negotiating, go down to a Honda dealership and try to get them to goodwill the fix.
