Yeah I know what you mean. I snapped off the little screw that holds the wile a while ago and had to order one. On one in town had one.

just want to vent. Went to see the doctor this morning. Went to Everyday Healthcare as it was recommended by one of my co-worker. Well went there at 9:30 and I was the first patient there. Filled out everything, sat in the waiting room for about an hour or so. They finally called me back to get my reading and what not. Put in the room and waited for about an hour. After an hour, I just stood up and left. Walked out to see the nurse and doctor sitting around chatting. I was so pissed. I told them your service was horrible. Its ridiculous to wait so long to even been seen. I will not be recommending you guys to anyone. I made it loud and clear that the other patient could hear. It was so lame. At any rate, screw them for wasting my time. I already posted a few review on some of the urgent care review board. Also I let everyone know in the our office to stop using them as a provider for any of our clients. I will be letting the main group that they are involved in that their service was terrible and to not use them.
Well i hope their customer base gets smaller so they can shape up and act more professional.
