So, my engine has gone caput, anybody have some advice?

I'm thinking about picking up a used motor on Craigslist and dropping it in, but I am not really interested in having a shop do it. I feel if I am going to drop that much on it, I should be there for it, and involved. Does anyone have the faculties (namely an engine lift) to do an engine swap? And willing to assist?

I'm down to compensate.

If anyone has any other options, please let me know.

My two cousin work here and own s2ks. They have replaced their engine several times. Tell them Emeyi sent you for a discount. Try to talk to the mechanics in the shop first not the shop manager... lol
