just isn't gonna cut it. Pay $50 in advance. Then when EVERYONE, all 30 people pay in advance for a total of $1500, a date will be release within a window of 14 days in december. December being the most crazy month of the year for people and tons of people coming and going. The risk of say... a tuesday or midweek date or whatever being the date just isn't gonna work AFTER they already paid.

I wouldnt drop $50 just to find out the day they had it i wouldnt be able to go, or what if "that day" never gets chosen. Then 30 peeps are out $50.
