Recently my clutch pedal is starting to feel less stiff and when the car is cold the gears dont shift or is really hard to put into gear. can anyone tell me what the problem is? Do i need a new clutch or is it something else? thanks in advance.

I would try to bleed the clutch first.... then change the transmission fluid to see if it helps.. how's the engagement? is it still catching pretty good?
