Well some idiot backed into the rear of my parked S in a Taco Bell parking lot.
It put a dent in the trunk lid and broke the strip brake light, My rear bumper is dented and it seems that the clip on the lower right side panel has popped as I have some seperation now.
So now I need a top quality body and paint shop to get it fixed. I usually have Elk Grove Honda handle all my S work. Anyone had any paint and body work done there? What you say Blair? How is the Elk Grove Honda's body shop? I have been told Bertolucci's is the top shop in the area. Any thoughts or opinions? I am really picky about the work I have done and want only the best.

Mitch, if you get a new bumper, I recommend getting an 04 bumper. I have one on my 01 and it looks great.

Join the club, I just got backed into this Sunday as well. Need new rear clip and the trunk lid needs to be fixed along with a small spot above my passeger side tail light.
I took it to a few places for an estimate but I think I will end up at Gamboa's. They're supposed to be the best. It didn't that bad but the damage cost was about 2,200 at all of the places. I'm dropping it off Monday at the roseville store, close to Antelope.
You might give them a call.

BJ's Body Shop in Rancho Cordova did mine a few years ago. They repaired the right side of my S.

anywho, yep , our body shop handles a LOT of s-2000's, use all honda parts AND paint... so why go anywhere else???
