cause this is a thread about the drive, I thought I add this statement so that its related. ...

My girlfriends are taking me out for "my first" legal drink after my cousin's wedding this Sat. If I don't show up -its because I have a hang over.

Sounds like fun, but I'm going to be abusing some Mazadas on Sunday.

If you guys end up out by Icehouse, be careful to steer clear of Johnny Law. This guy followed my friend and I for about 4 miles while we were out for a Sunday cruise. We were stuck behind a guy towing a jeep the whole time, well within speed limits. Right after we turned off onto Wentworth Springs Rd (sweet piece of pavement) we signaled to pull off on a gravel fireroad to grab a drink and use the "facilities" before attacking the curves. The sheriff here flipped on the lights immediately. Said someone had reported us "road racing", trying to pass each other on the double yellow, and the person we almost ran off the road "would have shot you if they had a gun." (anyone here heard the same story?) After taking our licenses he had us wait about 15 minutes before he came back. Of course, since he hadn't seen it (because he pulled it out of his ass) he couldn't cite us, but he put our info "in the system", and we had "better not show up out there again." Apparently out that way a couple nice sports cars with younger drivers is probable cause for a stop. (I do have to be thankful he didn't bust me for no front plate, he never checked)

I got a little pull in that area. We should be ok.
BTW, I might miss this one due to a funeral, but I'm gonna try like hell!
