Any S2K owners in Redding?
I'm moving out west soon and we're moving to the Redding area (family there).
I was wondering if any S2k owners were there and how owning and driving in the area is?
I have been there several times but never driven my car there. I have driven all up and down the East coast (Tenn./NC- Tail of the Dragon, to Cadillac Mtn.ME) The only driving in CA I did was in a rental (San Fran to Sac). I'm pretty excited about the new roads to explore. Any info would be appreciated, thanks.

Thanks for the comments. Cool link larry. Are there really no S2k owners in Redding? Or are they just not on this site. We have quite a few owners here like that. Well maybe the longer this post is up an owner or two will turn up.
My brother-in-law(who lives in Redding) and I joke about the crime in our two cities. The closet city to me is Rochester which has one of the highest per capita murder rates in the country. While Redding's most prevalent crime is rape. At least in Rochester they kill you after they rape you. Seriously though I read that Redding is lousy with auto theft. I drove an old Accord down from Mt. Shasta for them once and the stereo was stolen out of it within a month, and I'm talking like a Wal-Mart stereo.
So anyway It'll be nice to drive the S year round and not have to worry about salt on the roads or deer, they are like flies where I live. I'm figuring I just have to deal with the heat and the elevation up in the mountains, oh yeah and the fact that they only have 91 octaine in CA.
