28's no rub?
Alright, I'm not getting any responses on the tires/wheels forum so maybe y'all can hook me up. My question is, I'm looking to get some 18x7.5 rims front and back with a +45 offset. If I was to lower my car 1" w/Eibachs will I run into any problems. As far as tires go, possibly a 215/40 front and 235/35 rear. Oh yeah, remember...the Birdman flys in any weather...

I agree with Raj,
They really sort out their packages well at the Tire Rack. I'm running 225/40/18 f & 255/35/18 r and 1.5 drop Tanabe springs. The wheels/tires are a Tire Rack package with zero rubbing. Even when driven hard...ask Raj.

+45 for 7.5" width in the front is low. Though you're thinking of 215 tires, I would probably not take the chance.
I'm running +50 on 7.5" width with 225 tires and I rub sometimes. But I think I'm lower than just 1".
