Hehehe, 3-4 years ago in Taipei, as an advertisement for the Escape, Ford put one on the side of a building. The city thought it was a safety hazard to the pedestrians below, but there weren't really any rules or regulations for this sort of thing, so they started giving it parking tickets every day for not parking in a legal designated parking space. 
Ford took it down shortly thereafter.
