Yosemite Drive and meet

Hi Guys !
I am a new S2000 owner (just bought it yesterday ;-)) and I saw the S2000 Yosemite meet. This sounds fun.
What's the plan for the trip ? We drive there, do some hikes and drive back ?
BTW, it takes some time for this car to sink into my brain ... it's so different from anything that I've driven before. It's a fascinating car.
It would be fun to meet some of the Bay Area S2000 owners.

Yes, it is an amazing car.
And driving with the top down ... priceless.
I can't even imagine I lived all these years without a convertible car ;-) ...

In the ski season I drive to Tahoe almost every weekend and that's a 3.5h - 4.5h drive depending on conditions.
The drive to Yosemite should be around three hours so it should be a piece of cake. No chains to put on either . I try to go to Yosemite at least once a year.
I just checked their web site and Glacier Point road is not opened yet and my guess is that it won't be opened by the time of the trip. Tioga road is also closed.
If I join you guys, I will be camping Saturday evening.
BTW, volume of the waterfalls should be amazing now with all the snow from the winter.

OK It's Official. I'm in. I'll be meeting up with the Central CA guys in Fresno though. I've driven 120 before and wanted to check out a different route. I live in SF so I thought I'd check in here first. Anyway, looking forward to meeting everybody. Heading over to the Central CA forum now.....
PS: I've only had my car for about 4 weeks now and can't wait to get out on those roads.
