i talked to Hannah the day the car got hit.. yea, she works too much
right now i'm just trying to deal with insurance the payment they are giving.. right now, they didn't even include the scratched rims, bent axle, and other stuff on the quote. imma insist for a supplemental! cheap ass bastards

UPDATE
Car is still sitting in the shop as my insurance already paid to fix for the body work, but I'm having problems getting a supplemental for the suspension damage. Here are some progress pics.
