Why cant I post videos on this site?
Trying to post a video I found on the web, I get a notice saying "You are not allowed to post this kind of video" Anybody know why? (totally legit stuff. nothing naughty...)

I was trying to upload a video of a guy doing 462 mph in a turbine powered car....found it on 'Live Leak' which is a You Tube type site but I got the message 'you are not permitted to upload this type of video' It also happens if I try to upload a clip from You Tube.
