Because it's the slowest color, so it can't be associated with a track.

The other colors have track names to make the drivers feel fast. Too bad the name Laguna doesn't give you driver mod

Not sure...but not ALL the names were formula names (I'm sure Berlina is related somehow), but what about: Moon Rock, Lime Green, Royal Navy Blue, Deep Burgundy and Laguna blue's other name Bermuda...obviously Laguna makes sense. Whats funny to me is they used IMOLA orange and MONZA red
