Default Who's tires rub?

My tires been rubbing for a while in the rear w/ +47 offset and 245/40/17 tires. its not super bad, but its bad... should I get my fenders pulled or should I change rims?

What would/did you guys do?

EDIT: sorry, actual tire size is 245/40/17 and NOT 245/50/17

I think you should buy new rims and give me your old ones I am bias though : p Get new tires and if they still rub, then get your fenders rolled

what camber are you running? i'm running 17x9 +45 with 255's with just simply a roll and relocate fender tab and it doesn't rub at all. no flaring or anything in the rears.
