Default Who needs memory?

I was just at Frys today. If you are running out of memory like me:

Seagate FreeAgent External HD

500GB (8mb cache, USB) - $139.99 no rebates
500GB Pro (16mb cache, eSATA, USB) - $200.00 no rebates
750GB Pro (16mb cache, eSATA, USB) - $239.99 no rebates

They are all ~$100 off from retail

I went with the 750GB, great quality, looks awsome. Plus the seagate quality. Pretty good deal, especially with no rebates to deal with.

What other features would you need? eSATA is there if you have the card on your computer.
