tempting. only 2 left.

how good is the board? how does it compare to the custom x? which one is better for a combination of free riding and the terrain park?

i have an all mountain lib tech right now. the 157cm is too long for me so i want something shorter so it's easier on sharp turns.

I can't honestly say. I wouldn't buy a board this expensive for myself. I already get pissed when some careless person bangs or scrapes my deck while in the lift lines. I wouldn't be able to leave the board on the rack while I went to the lodge to grab a bite to eat for fear that it would get nabbed.

That being said, I think its the best offering from BURTON this yr. And seems like quite a deal at this price. I personally ride a Palmer Circle 157cm that I got new on ebay. I'm 5'8 160lbs and it is great for me. Carves really nicely and is super light. I like how Palmer uses a lot of Carbon, Kevlar, and Nomex honeycomb.

i was like that when i first got my board too but after a couple scratches here and there, i didnt care anymore. it's like your first scrape after lowering the car.

hopefully i can reuse my ride bindings, otherwise, this would be alot of money to fork out.

I know Burton has their unique mounting bolt pattern. At the most you'd probably have to get new discs to accomodate that.
Scratches I can live with scratches, but when someone's edge goes so far to take a chunk outta your board and later on it starts splintering I kinda get pissed.
