Original post was for something else but I changed my mind. I'm curious. Who in the bay area here actually OWNS their S2000 in full and how old are you / were you when you got it.

 

Not me. The Accord is paid off. When the S is paid off, I'll start saving for the Accord's replacement.

 

Mine has been paid off for about 4 yrs now. Purchased it when I was 17 and I've had it for a little over 8 yrs.

 

Mines payed off, bought it stock used from a friend pretty cheap, got I when I was 20.

 

My mom bought mine (formally hers) in full, as a theft salvage. I've since transferred it over to my name when I inherited it, so I guess its mine, paid in full! The price we put on the title when we changed it over was ridiculously low. I was 25ish when I got it.

 

Mine is paid off. Only had it for about 8 months but I love it compared to any other car I've ever owned.

I bought mines right when I hit 25 and it only had 4000 miles on it and now it has 29,000 and I'm 29

 

I just recently paid mine off in April 15, ironically its my birthday as well. and I am 29 now and purchased it in Oct 09.

 

Had mine for a year, well used and paid off. I've had about 15 cars or so since I was 17 and bought all of them myself.
