I have Wawanesa. their turn-around on claims is great.
something had flown off a truck and gashed a chunk of the paint off of my hood. I also had a bunch of rock chips in my bumper. they paid to have my bumper, hood and fenders repainted. it cost something like $1600. considering the fact that I had only paid them $1100 so far for that year of coverage on my S and my CRX, it was pretty awesome that they did it with little hassle.
and even after that, the next year (this year), they LOWERED the cost to insure both my cars.
Wawanesa is simply the best insurance (so long as you have a clean driving record).
