i have a '01, rear plastic window has got to go. Where can I buy a top with the rear glass window? and how much is it gona cost in labor? any shops around the bay area that does that kind of work that can be recommended?

that's where I got mine. You can expect 700+ for labor. This is a hard thing to do but there's also a diy thread in the forum to guide you through the process. good luck
