I finally have time to get my alarm put in tomorrow and I was wondering where you guys have put your LED's. Please let me know. Thanks! Also do you guys know if you can use the old school clifford LED's on the new DEI alarms?

i have mine on the 06 center console between the defroster switch and the shifter

I have my blue LED light installed right at the center/top of my steering wheel column.

I have mine mounted right up in the center behind the steering wheel, on top of the steering column plastic thingy

It's a Catch-22 situation. If you hide the LED, people don't know that it's got an alarm and might think it's easy to steal. If you have the LED in plain view, especially when it's blinking, it might have the unintended effect of drawing extra attention to your car. Some people might even find it a challenge to break into your car because it has an alarm. ^^;

I have mine in the corner of the vent, above the radio. its kinda hidden. but at night its slightly visible. so it works both ways.

that is the stock location..to the right of the hood latch beneath the stering wheel.

mine matches my car color you can't beat that
