Where are the cheapest S03s (rear), and do I really need 245s?

I am not sure what you mean here. Kinda unclear.

I'll try and clarify..
Our cars come with an OEM tire for the rear -225/45-16 Bridgestone S-02.
If you are planning on using any other tire than the OEM Bridgestone S-02 on the REAR, you will have to go with a 245/45-16 size for correct fitment.

For the front tires, are they correct then? Or do I need to 'convert' if I switch to a different brand tire?

I have a 2003, by the way. Does that make much of a difference?

Non OEM SO2's are Bridgestone SO2's that they sell for all other types of cars.

As for the size thing:

What he said. The Honda S2000 OEM S-02's are W rated.
The non OEM S-02's are Z rated and are meant for the earlier 911's.
