Also, you shouldn't need any bolts... just nuts.
There are studs on the exhaust side of the catalytic converter. The header side uses the factory honda spring mechanisms. You should not be replacing the spring mechanism with bolts. It allows the exhaust to pivot around the header.

no orchard nuts or "loc-tite" i wouldnt use anti seize because that stuff usually turns gummy with heat.

If you ever want to take the bolts off, without using a dremel or a 3 ft breaker bar, use anti-seize. Put some anti-seize on your finger and rub it on the threads. That is more than enough and nothing will gum up. If you are changing your header it is even more important to use it.

Thanks for all the advice.... I went down to the SL Pepboys and were able to find automotive grade nuts and bolts. Bought a set of 128pc nuts and bolts for $10. Hope this can help others out in the future

So far Tom is the only one with the right answer. SS nuts and bolts are the way to go instead of searching around for grade 6 bolts. You would also definately need to put some anti-sieze on it if you ever wanted to get it off some point in your lifetime.
