Where in the Bay Area or preferably near Oakland can you pick up some High Temperature nuts and bolts. I need them to mount on my High Flow cats.

Any stainless nut with anti-seize will be fine. Your local Orchard Supply / Home Depot people will have it.

I think you have to check the grade of the nuts and bolts. The grade at most home supply stores are not the correct grade for automotive use. Check machine shops or some of the smaller chains of auto stores.

Look for the HELP section and you should be able to find some bolts there. Mine came in a yellow package. I used Exhaust manifold studs w/ matching lock nuts (come hi-temp black) for about $17. Or you can find them also in black packages also. But the black packages were individual bolt/studs.
If you go for HONDA parts each stud is gonna cost you about $10 each plus nuts for about $3 each.
here is the link for the HONDA parts though.

Local Orchard Supply stuff is more than adequate. You need to get lock washers as well. Anti-seize is what you need. Loctite is a definite .
With catalytic converter bolts... the only problem you have is rust and general shite getting in the threads making it impossible to remove.
I have never seen a nut on a catalytic converter break from temperature.
