Worth looking into shop reviews for any local shop you decide on. https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/896...ex+motorsports
sure there was a bad review about an install.. but if its buying product... why does it matter? its not like they are installing his seat rails.

Very true, there was reference to a different thread in the link I posted.
Just was a general warning to always investigate the reviews of any potential seller.
Sounds like your vouch is solid though!

A search will show that people experiences with Vex are hit and miss, such as the guy that had his fenders completely messed up by them.

It's all BS

I can go into a shop and ask for a fender roll and head the warnings that it might look wavy and take that risk then post up that they did a crappy job and show pics of it. Who's to say that did or did not happen? It's been years since that happened, poop the thing out already.

Move on

I called f1spec and vexmotorsports today among a bunch of other places. No one has them in stock. I guess it will be stock seats for Laguna on Sunday.

Is this them? http://www.inspire-usa.com/About-Us_ep_7.html

If so I'll call them on Thursday.

Does anyone have any experience with f1spec rails?
